Reiki is a deeply beneficial energy practice with profound effects.

The practice of Reiki works to restore harmony within the energy centres of your body, realigning your energy field with the universal life force energy.

Through the Reiki practitioner, you receive attunement and alignment to the unchanging, healing, and creative energy, facilitating transformative effects on physical, mental, and emotional levels.

Immediate stress reduction, a deep sense of calm, enhanced mental clarity, profound insights, and increased vitality are common experiences following a Reiki session.

The holistic guidance I provide acknowledges the interconnectedness of your body, mind, and energy field. During a Reiki session, I facilitate the alignment and attunement of your personal energy field with the living energy that flows within and around all beings, encompassing yourself, others, the earth, and the vast universe.

This life force energy is dynamic, expansive, and in constant flux, much like your own being.

During the treatment, I will assist you in consciously accessing this source of energy. I will guide you to listen to your inner wisdom, cultivate self-awareness, and tap into your personal transformative power, enabling you to embrace greater abundance in all aspects of your life.

In Reiki, energy is not bound by physical limitations such as distance or time. A distance treatment allows the practitioner to send healing energy to a recipient who may be located in a different place, even far away.

During distance treatment, I employ intention and visualisation techniques to connect with the recipient energetically. By focusing energy and intention, I create a connection with the recipient's energy field, facilitating the Reiki energy to flow and work its effects.

The recipient is encouraged to find a quiet and comfortable space to relax during the scheduled session. While I am sending the Reiki energy remotely, the recipient may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a sense of peace and relaxation. The energy will flow to where it is needed most, addressing imbalances and promoting healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Both recipients and I have reported experiencing positive effects from distance Reiki that are equal to those of in-person treatments. Energy transcends physical presence, allowing the healing effects to be equally potent.

It's important to understand that Reiki operates on an energetic level, and intention plays a significant role in facilitating its effects regardless of physical proximity.

During a distance Reiki treatment, it is beneficial for recipients to create a calm and relaxed environment. Find a quiet space where you can comfortably sit or lie down. You may choose to enhance the atmosphere with soothing music, candles, or relaxation techniques that promote tranquillity. It's essential to approach the treatment with an open mindset and be receptive to the restoring energy being transmitted.

Following a distance Reiki treatment, it is recommended to take time to rest, reflect, and integrate the received energy. Hydration is also important to support the body's natural restorative processes, so remember to drink plenty of water. Some recipients find it helpful to journal their experiences or engage in self-care practices to further enhance the effects of the treatment. Maintaining open communication is always beneficial if you have any questions or wish to share your experiences.

Our time together is structured to ensure you receive the maximum benefit from the treatment. The session unfolds in three key phases:

1. Preparation: We begin by creating a space for optimal relaxation and receptivity. This involves setting intentions that align with your desired outcomes and creating a soothing environment for your mind and body.

2. Reiki and Intuitive Flow: Once the preparations are complete, I will channel Reiki energy towards you, allowing it to harmonize and heal your energy field. During this phase, intuitive information may arise, offering valuable insights and guidance specific to your needs.

3. Closing and Guidance: Towards the end of the session, we will review any noteworthy insights, discuss the experiences you had, and offer further guidance to support your intentions. You will receive special encouragement to nurture and manifest the positive changes you seek.

This structured approach ensures a comprehensive and transformative experience, allowing you to tap into the full potential of Reiki for your well-being.

Reiki treatments typically induce a profound state of relaxation and can sometimes trigger emotional release as well.

Since the mind, body, and soul form an interconnected system that contributes to your energy field, all aspects are involved in the Reiki treatment process.

Occasionally, you may experience temporary effects that are part of the natural release process, such as shedding tears, feeling lightheaded, experiencing mild headaches, or having heightened dream activity. It's important to note that these effects are transitory and not lasting. They may also be influenced by practical factors like breathing patterns, hydration, or getting up too quickly after the session.

However, it's essential to understand that these experiences signify the release of old emotions that may have impacted your energy centers. By allowing higher energy to flow throughout your entire being, the treatment supports the cleansing and harmonization of your energy system as needed.

Reiki is a safe and gentle therapy that is non-invasive and does not interfere with any ongoing medications or therapies you may be undergoing.

Please be aware that I am not a medical doctor, healthcare professional, mental health counsellor, or therapist. Reiki treatments can be conducted using either a "hands-on" or "hands-off" approach. In my practice, I prefer to keep a few centimeters of space between my hands and your skin and clothing. Rest assured, you will remain fully clothed throughout the session.

This method enables me to intuitively perceive the extent to which your energy field extends beyond your physical body, if at all. It serves as an additional indicator to assess your energy levels and provide personalized care accordingly.
